GENERAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items are either custom or finished-to-Order, therefore final sale are non-returnable AND NON-REFUNDABLE unless defective.  Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product ordered.  Information on shipping and lead time will be specified in each product description.  Please note, once your order has shipped, ODE PETS is unable to make changes to the order.

THEFT

ODE PETS does not cover instances of theft.

AVAILABILITY CHANGES

ODE PETS takes pride in keeping our site up to date with the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes.  In rare cases, some items may be discontinued and no longer available to ship.  These items will be cancelled from your order and the customer will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

RETURNS

We are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. As such, due to the nature of the majority of our items being finished-to-order, they are final sale, and thus non-returnable and non-refundable.  If a product arrives damaged, please email us at hello@odepets.com within 7 days upon receipt of the item and we will take care of you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.  Order cancellation requests received after a 24-hour period will not be processed. 

If a delivery is refused but isn’t damaged or defective, the customer will receive store credit, minus the cost of the original shipping fees.

* Please Note: finished-to-order orders cannot be cancelled due to a backorder.  Once an order is created, it is sent to our manufacturer.  A cancellation is not possible once the atelier has received the order.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

ODE PETS currently only ships to the continental United States and UK domestic. Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands. For international shipping, we recommend finding a freight forwarder.
