SHIPPING

The standard shipping flat rate for the delivery fee is £4.99 for the United Kingdom and £19.99 for the United States*. We are unable to offer express and overnight shipping at this time.

 

ODE PETS will determine the best and most efficient shipping method based on the merchandise purchased.  ODE PETS currently only ships to the continental United Kingdom domestic and United States. *Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands. For international shipping, we recommend finding a freight forwarder.

LEAD TIME

Our commitment to delivering top-quality products entails a lead time of about 4-6 weeks for most items, as they are crafted and finished-to-order.

Each product page will display the lead time for product preparation and shipping. Please note the lead-time when placing your order. These dates are subject to change due to the custom nature of most of the products we offer.  Customers will receive notifications on affected items as information is available.

DAMAGE & RETURNS

Please make sure to inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any damages within 24 hours.  The customer is responsible for returning damaged items in the original packaging.  Our team will be in touch as soon as possible with how to proceed with returns, if possible.

The majority of our items are custom-made or finished-to-order and are final sale.
